CORONA VIRUS UPDATES
We are currently planning to reopen on Saturday 4th July as per government guidelines and will be in touch regarding appointments.
Please do not bombard staff on their phones as it needs to be dealt with centrally to avoid confusion.

We need all bookings and enquiries in one place, because customers are contacting us on social media, by text, by email and we cannot organise bookings properly as it's too confusing
Our current plan is to prioritise clients with existing bookings (booked in prior to lockdown)
After that, we will schedule clients in as soon as physically possible.
So - if you already have a booking on 4th July, it will remain booked as is - we will contact you to confirm if you still want it.
If you had a prebooked appointment on any date after 4th July, it can remain where it is, along with all the rest of your standing appointments, however if you wish to bring it forward, then it will likely throw out your standing appointments - meaning all will have to be rebooked.
Please be patient while we sort out the diary (we have already started) - you will be contacted to confirm if you still want your prebooked appointment.
It may also be that we need to amend appointment times, so please liase directly with the salon on our designated WhatsApp number 07735 902910, rather than try to bombard staff with requests, as it will lead to confusion over bookings.
NEW SALON HYGIENE MEASURES & SOCIAL DISTANCING
There will obviously have to be stricter measures in place regarding social distancing and hygiene and so far we have sourced masks, face visors, gloves, goggles for staff, anti bacterial gel for clients and a mountain on anti bacterial wipes to clean down workstations, chairs, bins and tools in between clients.
There will be screens between us and clients.
Every desk is also spaced 1.5m apart and also has screening in between.
Staff will be wearing face visors and disposable gloves that will be changed every client.
We will also be using disposable towels on the table which will be changed every client.
Each client will have a brand new nail file - we considered storing them in a bag after use for each client, but if there is any bacteria on the file whatsoever and it is left to multiply in a bag for 3-4 weeks, you can imagine this may not be a sensible option.
Every client will be requested to use anti bacterial gel upon entering and leaving the salon.
We (as always) use sanitiser in addition to this during application of gel nails.
We will also be making a new colour board for the wall, so that clients do not have to touch the colour sticks.
We kindly ask that you do not bring children, dogs or your shopping to appointments and refrain from using your phone, eating or drinking anything unless absolutely necessary.
A mask can be provided for an additional cost of £1 if you don't have one, we will also be selling the full face visors (which we will be wearing) for £5
Assuming the weather stays glorious, we will be able to have all the doors open too.
We prefer payment by either cash or bank transfer as it is easier to admin because you can put your name on a bank transfer and then we know which staff member to pay, but also now have the facility to accept contactless payments aswell if you prefer.
We no longer accept cheque payments.
We have 2 new staff who were due to start just prior to lockdown - they will also be available for appointments, so we should be able to accommodate everyone quickly.
